Can I visit the showroom?

Fritz Porter is a Trade only Showroom. Members of our trade community are welcome to visit our showroom during our operating hours of 10-5 PM from Monday to Friday. We encouraged our trade members to spend as much time as you need in the showroom to work on your projects.

Can I bring my client?

Please feel free to bring your clients along with you! If your client needs to visit the showroom without you, please inform us of the details, and we will be glad to assist them.

Do I need an Appointment?

No, appointments for our trade community are not required, but you are always welcome to schedule one here if you prefer.

HOw do I open a trade account?

To open a trade account, simply send a copy of your Resale Certificate and phone number to becky@fritzporter.com. Alternatively, you can fill out the form here, and our team will be in touch with you shortly.

What does my trade account get me?

How do I shop as a retail client?

How do I order samples?

If you are visiting our showroom, you have the option to fill out a form while browsing. Alternatively, you can easily request samples by sending an email to becky@fritzporter.com. Once we receive your request, we will promptly send the samples to you or make them available for pick up at your convenience.

Do you have fabrics or wallcoverings in stock?

We do not stock fabric and wallcovering, we order them in from our vendors when the order is placed.

What is the minimum order for your fabric and wallcovering?

Minimum orders vary vendor to vendor.  Please inquire at becky@fritzporter.com.

Do you offer customization?

Yes!!! Most of our vendors offer customization.  This is very simple and most times will only incur a Strike Off fee.  Please inquire with becky@fritzporter.com to learn more.

Can I return my wallcovering or fabric?

Please note that once an order has been placed, fabric and wallcovering sales are considered final and cannot be cancelled. We encourage you to carefully review your order and consult with our team if you have any questions or concerns before finalizing your purchase.
